This is the first of four test pages disbursed throughout the course. You may wait until you finish the course and take the four tests at one time, or you may take them individually as you work your way through. 9. Where did St. Petersburg get its fresh water supply?

10. Who was Pyotr Alexeyevitch Dementyev?  What happened to him?

11. Who was Tony Jannus and what was his most famous accomplishment?
